ACT OUT! is owned and operated by Barbara Adoff, who had been teaching child development programs in the South Jersey area at Gymboree and Little Gym for 16 years.  With a degree in Theater and Speech Arts from Hofstra University, Barbara applied her experience with thousands of young children to her theater training and developed a program that is fun and beneficial to all children.

Believing that every child is special and has his own unique talents and abilities ACT OUT! is excited to tap into and bring forth the natural creativity present in each child.

"The feeling I get when I see a child who could not make eye contact or say his name in the beginning of a session, volunteer to be first for an activity is so gratifying. When the parent of a special needs student tells me that her child has never performed as well as in our class and that he's happy and comfortable with us, I'm so proud of our staff and our program.
